Bridget fit me in on short notice request for what was an awesome 30
minute massage to release aweful stress tension in my shoulder blades
and trapezoids. She assessed tightness in my neck, provided answers
for my forward posture, gave me exercises I can do to improve flexibility,
relaxation, comfort in these areas. I love lifting weights, and she even told
me my inner trapezoid muscles need strength to help my recurring issue!
She revealed she started her massage career in a chiropractor center, and
I believe it! Even just 30 minutes was excellent. I'll be sending my husband
to see her, and I think his inflexibility will be a challenge for her. I'm excited
to see what kind of report or assessment she can give him. Absolutely recommend
this place for your next massage, especially if you need muscles loosened, and if
"your kind of pressure" during the massage is priority to you.Thank you Bridget
for asking and checking my preferred pressure during the massage,
and your input on improvement suggestions!
