About Me

Hi, I’m Bridget Relander,

Licensed Professional Massage Therapist and 2013 graduate of Everest College.

I specialize in therapeutic, medical, and restorative bodywork focused on pain relief, healing, and nervous system balance. My certifications include Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, and Cupping Therapy.

I’ve worked alongside chiropractors supporting auto accident recovery, provided compassionate care at a hospice center, and practiced at a healing center serving high-performance clients, including elite athletes. I work with all ages and life stages, from pregnancy, infants, and children to injury recovery and transitional hospice care.

  • Reduced pain and inflammation
  • Improved circulation and oxygen delivery
  • Faster tissue repair and healing
  • Decreased muscle and joint stiffness

Electron Plus therapy can be used on its own or combined with massage to enhance results, especially for chronic pain, injuries, fatigue, and stress-related conditions.

My passion is to ease pain, restore balance, and support your body’s natural ability to heal — helping you move forward on your road to recovery.

Blessings,

Bridget Relander, LMT
