Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that unexpected situations can happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not be charged.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
This policy allows me enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
